Pak Game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you and pak game ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the pak game website at pakgame.wine and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, crash games, Teen Patti, esports betting, and the VIP Club.

By creating an account on pak game, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any part of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use pak game.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak game. Where there is a conflict between any promotional terms and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise.

To register and use pak game you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains open:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak game does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or a business entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect, whether applied by you or by pak game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of pak game or any of its affiliated companies, in categories where a conflict of interest in betting outcomes could exist.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual may hold only one pak game account. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts held by the same person, whether under the same name or different names — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, pak game will close the additional accounts, and any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information at registration — including false date of birth to circumvent age verification — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak game login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. All activity on pak game that occurs via your login credentials is treated as your activity and you are responsible for it, unless you report unauthorised access to pak game support at the earliest opportunity.

Pak game will never ask you to share your password via live chat, email or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from pak game and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Pak game accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no pak game processing fee charged on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits to pak game must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment originates from a method belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account flagged for review.

Deposit Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Credited instantly in most cases, within five minutes in all normal circumstances.
• IBFT bank transfer: Credited within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on inter-bank processing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: Credited within 15 minutes in most cases.

If a deposit does not appear in your pak game balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number and our team will investigate promptly.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your most recent deposit method is no longer available, pak game's support team will work with you to arrange an alternative, subject to identity verification.

Pak game does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows, though VIP members receive faster handling as described in Section 9:

Pak game reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or when a withdrawal exceeds Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder. Supporting documents requested during verification may include a CNIC copy and proof of payment method ownership.

Pak game offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. Where those terms conflict with this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement stated at the time the bonus is offered. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement by the expiry date is cancelled without replacement.
• VIP Club cashback credited every Monday is real balance with no wagering requirement — it can be withdrawn immediately or used to bet. This is distinct from all other promotional bonuses on pak game.
• Each bonus offer is available once per account, household, IP address and payment method unless otherwise stated. Claiming a bonus under multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• Pak game reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines the bonus was claimed through abuse, multiple accounts, or any other method not permitted under these Terms.

All bets placed on pak game are final and binding once the system confirms the bet has been accepted. You cannot cancel, reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming, particularly the selection, stake amount and odds displayed.

Void Bets

Pak game will void a bet and return the stake to your balance in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is abandoned before it has reached the minimum playing time required for bets to stand (specific thresholds are set per sport and are described in the relevant sport rules section of the platform).
• A match is postponed and is not replayed within 72 hours of its original scheduled time (for sports bets). Outright tournament bets remain valid unless the tournament is cancelled entirely.
• A clear pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed — for example, a team listed at odds that are obviously incorrect due to a technical fault. Pak game makes reasonable effort to identify and correct pricing errors before bets are placed; any bet settled at an erroneous price may be voided after the fact.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on pak game update in real time. Pak game cannot guarantee continuous live market availability due to data feed dependencies. If a live market becomes unavailable mid-event, any accepted bets on that market at the point they were confirmed remain valid. Bets that were in the process of being placed at the point of interruption and had not yet been confirmed by the system are cancelled and the stake returned.

Maximum Winnings

Single bet winnings are capped as follows: sports and cricket bets — Rs 5,000,000 per bet; casino and table games — as displayed at the relevant table; crash games — Rs 2,000,000 per round. These limits apply regardless of the odds or multiplier achieved. Pak game reserves the right to adjust individual account limits in cases of confirmed suspicious betting patterns.

All casino games on pak game — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, and crash games — operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, through live-stream feeds managed by regulated third-party providers. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Pak game's crash games use provably fair algorithms. The multiplier seed and crash point for each round are determined before the round begins and can be independently verified using the seed values displayed in the game history. Instructions for independent verification are available in the platform's help section.

Technical faults during a game round — including server interruptions, disconnections or display errors — are logged automatically. In the event of a confirmed fault, pak game will review the game record and resolve any disputed outcome fairly. Bets that were confirmed by the system before a fault occurred will be honoured based on the actual game outcome, not the displayed result in cases of display-only errors.

All pak game accounts are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier upon registration. VIP tier status is determined by the number of loyalty points earned in the preceding 30-day rolling period. Points are awarded on all qualifying wagers placed with real balance.

VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, monthly bonuses, birthday bonuses and access to a dedicated account manager — are as described on the VIP Club page. Pak game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit levels and programme structure at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected members.

VIP Club cashback is calculated weekly on net losses and credited every Monday as withdrawable real balance. There is no wagering requirement on VIP cashback. Pak game reserves the right to withhold cashback payments in cases where an account is under review for Terms violations.

Tier status may be downgraded if point accumulation falls below the minimum threshold for the current tier during a monthly review cycle. Members will receive advance notification before any tier downgrade takes effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak game and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds where confirmed:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game mechanic.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults, or any platform vulnerability knowingly to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in bonus abuse including claiming welcome bonuses multiple times across related accounts or systematically betting in patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (also known as "bonus hedging").
• Money laundering or using pak game to process funds derived from illegal activity. Pak game is required by applicable regulations to report suspicious transactions.
• Providing false identity information at registration or during a verification request.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.

You may close your pak game account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure and there are no pending investigations or active wagering requirements, the balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

Pak game reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform.
• A self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months. Inactive accounts may be closed after appropriate notification; any remaining balance will be refunded to the registered payment method.

When an account is closed due to confirmed Terms violations, pak game may retain any bonus funds, bonus winnings, and winnings derived from fraudulent activity. Real-money deposits not directly linked to the violation will be returned after investigation.

Pak game is committed to providing a gaming environment that is genuinely safe for all users. Full details of the responsible gaming tools available — including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — are described in our dedicated Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may apply a self-exclusion to your account at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and closes your account for the period you select — minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Pak game will not accept re-registration from a permanently self-excluded individual.

Pak game may apply mandatory limits or suspend an account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring a request from the account holder. This is done in the interest of player welfare rather than as a punitive measure.

All content on the pak game website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interface design, and data compilations — is the property of pak game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pak game content without prior written consent. You may not use any pak game branding, trade marks or content in connection with any third-party website, service or application without express written authorisation.

Game software licensed to pak game by third-party providers is subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. Using pak game's games outside of the platform interface as permitted by these Terms is not authorised.

Pak game provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Pak game is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime or technical interruptions outside our reasonable control.
• Internet connectivity failures on the user's side.
• Incorrect information provided by the user at the time of placing a bet.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies regarding match outcomes, replays or disqualifications.

Pak game's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds that user has deposited into their account in the 30 days preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to personal injury, death, or losses caused by pak game's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Pak game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via an in-app notification and/or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of pak game after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version of these Terms currently in effect is the version dated at the top of this page. Previous versions of the Terms are not publicly archived but are available on request to users who were active during a specific prior period.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should contact pak game support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of pak game that cannot be resolved through our standard support process should be submitted in writing to our support team at support@pakgame.wine. Pak game will acknowledge all formal written complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process.
